Integration queue delays

Due to a server load related issue, customer webhooks began to queue around 2100EST 01/14. The cause was discovered and remedied so that the same incident won't happen again. The queue was fully resolved at around 1200EST 01/15.

Customer alerting on this incident was poor and we pledge to be more vigilant in reporting issues to keep our customers informed. Apologies for the trouble!
