After releasing our free subscription model, an unexpected error in our code caused documents to not be imported properly.

Documents that were uploaded between 0910-1015 EST on April 17th may have been stuck in a parser's Imports Queue - these documents will need to be re-uploaded. Once re-uploaded you can manually delete any remaining documents in your Import Queue.
