We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Docparser on January 24th, 2026, starting at 1:00 AM UTC (23rd January, 8PM EST). The maintenance window is expected to last approximately 2 hours.
Impact - Platform & API Access: Temporarily unavailable during the window. - Document Processing: Uploads and processing will pause. Documents sent via email will still be received, but processing will resume once maintenance is complete.
Purpose This maintenance includes infrastructure upgrades and security patches to improve platform performance, reliability, and security.
Recommendations Kindly schedule uploads and processing tasks outside the maintenance window.
