Docparser will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, 20th January 2024, at 4.30 pm PST.
During this period, our technical team will perform essential maintenance activities that will ensure the continued smooth operation of our systems, including a significant upgrade to our database.

Please note the following:

- Our platform will be partially available during the specified downtime.
- We recommend that you plan your activities accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
- We understand the importance of uninterrupted service and will work diligently to complete the maintenance as quickly as possible.

Services that will be available:
1. Accounts can be created.
2. Users can log in.
3. Update rules.
4. View already uploaded documents.
5. Update subscriptions, buy more credits, and view your invoices.
6. Any operation that does not require parsing documents or access to parsed results.

Services that will be suspended:
1. View parsed results.
2. Parse old or new documents.
3. Use any APIs to upload documents or download results.
4. Download links and integrations.
